WAIT (Women in AI Trust) is a nonprofit research and advocacy initiative operated by SANJEEVANI AI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit wait.sanjeevaniai.com or participate in our community research, including the Missouri AI Trust Index (MATI).

Information We Collect

• Survey responses. When you participate in MATI or other WAIT surveys, we collect the answers you choose to share, along with the optional demographic information you provide (age range, county/city, role, and income bracket).
• Contact information. If you voluntarily provide your name and email to receive published results, to become a member, or to donate, we store this information solely to honor your request.
• Basic site analytics. We may collect aggregated, non-identifying information about site visits (pages viewed, general location, device type) to improve the site.

How We Use Information

• To produce and publish aggregated, anonymized research findings, including statewide and city-level reports.
• To communicate with you only when you have explicitly requested it.
• To improve the survey instrument and the accessibility of our research.

How We Protect Your Information

We treat survey responses as confidential. Individual responses are never sold, rented, or published with identifying information. Personally identifying fields (name, email) are stored separately from survey answers whenever technically possible.

What We Never Do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share individual responses with third parties without your explicit consent.
• We do not use your responses for commercial targeting or advertising.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion at any time by writing to the contact address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

MATI and related surveys may be taken by individuals under 18 only with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect identifying information from minors beyond optional age-range selection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
